Please complete and submit the following form prior to attending your first Disco. This form will be
kept on record for all future discos attended by you.

The InsideOutside Dance & In Care Central Code of Conduct is made between
and InsideOutside Dance & In Care Central.
InsideOutside Dance (IOD) and In Care Central work together to provide opportunities for individuals with
disabilities to learn, enjoy friendship, and have fun in an environment of inclusiveness and diversity with
children, teens, and adults with disability. We are committed to the respect, dignity, and safety of all
participants.
The InsideOutside Social Dance/Disco, organised in partnership with In Care Central, is a fun, social event
designed for young people with disabilities to enjoy the community and the company of others in an
age-appropriate setting. This event aims to foster new friendships in a safe, happy, and meaningful way. The
InsideOutside Social Dance/Disco has been created for people who genuinely seek the opportunity to have fun
and participate with respect and maturity towards others and for themselves which ensures that these events
are a success for all.
Whilst this event is being run by InsideOutside & In Care Central, it is not a supervised event. Attendees
are allowed to come and go as they like. If the attendee is not completely independent, they will require a
support worker, parent or carer to attend with them whilst at the event.
The InsideOutside & In Care Central Team in attendance are not trained in behavioral management or conflict
resolution strategies nor be expected to do so. The IO Team will offer participants positive encouragement
to soothe any first-time nerves and offer fun guidance with “ice-breakers” to help everyone feel included.
The team are also not responsible for any relationships between people in attendance of an emotional or
physical nature.
The aim of this email is to provide a clear awareness, understanding and information to all attendees, their
parents/carers and the wider community to establish an agreement regarding the behavioral and independent
expectations to attend an InsideOutside Social Dance/Disco. This will achieve a successful and happy event
for all. This event will require participants to have a suitable level of understanding regarding
appropriate social manners and protocol. It is also necessary to possess a genuine respect and consideration
towards other patrons who may be different.
InsideOutside & In Care Central is not liable for an attendees conduct or behavior at the event. In
attending, all attendees agree to adhere to company Values of Integrity, Cooperation, Empathy, Respect and
Excellence. They do this by showing these values of themselves and to others. We are all about inclusivity
for all.
Please note, this event will be high energy in nature and will have loud music and lights, no strobe
lighting will be used.
We do not tolerate bullying or any aggressive antisocial behavior - This event is not suitable for people
who have aggressive tendencies or a proneness to become overwhelmed and act inappropriately to
overstimulation.
Your commitment when attending this event, and any InsideOutside & In Care Central event, is to always
uphold these values and behaviours.
Entry Fee for all Disco Registrations is $20 per participant. Invoice will be sent via email for you to
claim for via NDIS if you have the appropriate funding. Those registering and not attending on the night
will be invoiced to cover costs of catering.
